My Approach
Personal Approach:
My therapeutic approach is systemic, emphasizing the importance of understanding our issues within the context of our relationships. I integrate various theories to explore my clients' challenges and their connections to their family backgrounds. I assist clients in recognizing and transforming ingrained patterns of behavior learned early in life. In relationship work, we focus on developing communication strategies that promote awareness and discovery of these patterns.

Clients appreciate my ability to listen attentively, build trust, and demonstrate a sincere passion for supporting them in achieving their goals. I facilitate shifts in thinking that enable clients to perceive their challenges from new perspectives, thereby expanding the range of possible solutions and fostering a sense of empowerment.

Progress-Oriented Approach: I am dedicated to measurable progress and regularly review client goals to ensure we are making meaningful strides. Typically, clients work with me for a duration of 6 to 9 months.
